Tire changes are planned taking into account seasonal conditions, mileage, and tire tread depth. The replacement process is carried out at authorized service points under the coordination of Büyük Filo.

The periodic vehicle inspection processes are monitored by Büyük Filo. Inspection fees are covered by Büyük Filo according to the terms of the contract.

No permanent modifications that could affect the vehicle's warranty conditions or resale value are permitted without the written consent of Büyük Filo.

Yes. Corporate logos or advertisements can be applied to vehicles, subject to the terms specified in the contract and within the framework of legal regulations.

First, you need to ensure your safety and contact the relevant official institutions if necessary. Then, you can start the claims process by contacting Büyük Filo Customer Services as soon as possible.

To ensure a quick resolution of your claims, please provide us with the following documents:

• Photographs of the accident scene,
• Driver's license,
• Vehicle registration certificate,
• Traffic insurance information.

If the vehicle becomes unusable due to an accident or mechanical failure, and the repair time exceeds the period specified in the contract, a replacement vehicle will be provided to ensure business continuity.

First, it is recommended that you check whether the vehicle has been towed. If you are certain that the vehicle has been stolen, you should immediately contact the police and then inform Büyük Filo Customer Service. Once we receive the necessary official documents, the process will be managed meticulously.

The vehicle, along with its spare keys, owner's manual, traffic safety kit, and other delivered equipment, will be handed over at the designated location. During handover, our expert teams will inspect the vehicle and prepare a handover report. We expect that any corporate logos, advertisements, or wraps on the vehicle will be removed before handover and that the vehicle will be delivered in a clean condition.
